The Unmuted CEO
🎙️ You've been building your business in silence long enough, sis.
Welcome to The Unmuted CEO Podcast—where mom entrepreneurs stop second-guessing, start showing up, and finally get seen for the powerhouse they already are.
I'm Tammy Maynard—mom of six (yes, twins included!), visibility coach, and the woman who turned years of feeling invisible into a thriving business. And sis, if you've ever stared at that "Go Live" button for 20 minutes, rewritten the same caption seven times, or wondered if you'll EVER feel confident enough to show your face online—I see you. Because I've been you.
Here's what you'll find inside every episode:
Real talk about building visibility on YOUR terms—no hustle culture, no "rise and grind" BS, just strategies that work WITH your life, not against it.
Behind-the-scenes of what it actually takes to show up consistently when you're juggling kids, a business, and trying to remember if you ate lunch.
Mindset shifts that turn "I'm not ready" into "watch me work."
Practical systems for batch content creation, time management, and staying visible without burning out.
Guest conversations with women who've walked this path and come out the other side—thriving, not just surviving.
This isn't another podcast telling you to do more. This is permission to show up as you are, build confidence one post at a time, and finally turn that quiet potential into the seen, paid impact you've been dreaming about.
Whether you're a brand new entrepreneur or you've been lurking in the shadows for years, it's time to get unmuted. Your voice matters. Your business matters. And sis—you were made to be seen.
New episodes drop every Monday—because your next level of confidence can't wait.

Welcome back to the Unmuted CEO Podcast, where faith meets visibility and confidence meets purpose. I'm your host, Tammy Maynard, Marpreneur Visibility Coach, Mama of Six, and your sister in this season of becoming. Today, we're talking about something I call soft visibility. And I promise this one is going to set your heart free. Because, sis, you don't have to be loud to make an impact. You don't have to perform to be seen. You don't have to shout to be significant. Visibility doesn't have to be loud. It can be soft. It can be peaceful. It can be you exactly as you are, fully present in your purpose. So grab your coffee, your planner, or your favorite cozy blanket, because we're gonna talk about what it looks like to show up in your business, your faith, and your life without the pressure to perform. Since I need to be real with you. For years I believed visibility meant performing. I thought I had to show up polished, perfect, and powerful all the time. If my hair wasn't done or my house wasn't spotless, I'd convince myself not today. And that belief kept me silent. I'd scroll through social media and see women who seemed to have it all together. The matching feeds, the daily reels, the perfect lighting. And I think if that's what it takes to be visible, I'll just stay behind the scenes. But here's what I learned. Perfection doesn't create connection. Presence does. When I started showing up softer, less scripted, less CEO voice, more sense, less talk, my community grew deeper. It grew larger. Women didn't just see my content. They felt my heart. Because people don't follow polish. They follow presence. Soft visibility isn't about shrinking. It's not about playing small. It's about releasing the performance mindset that tells you visibility has to look a certain way. Soft visibility means you can show up quietly and still be powerful, be intentional instead of impulsive, build momentum without burnout. It's rooted in the idea that your light doesn't have to blind people to shine. It just needs to be consistent enough to guide them. Let's take it to the word for a second. Matthew 5.14 says, You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Notice it doesn't say a city shouting from the hill. It says you cannot be hidden. Your calling, your presence, your purpose, they speak for themselves. Even your quiet obedience echoes louder than you realize. Sis, God doesn't need you to be loud. He just needs you to be available. There was a time when I almost quit showing up online altogether. I felt like I didn't fit the mold. My life wasn't aesthetic. I had toys all in the background, bottles on my desk, on my bed, a crying baby doing every single live. But one day, I went live anyway. And instead of pretending, I said, sis, I'm here with baby spit up on my shirt and a prayer in my heart. Do you know what happened? That video got more engagement than any other because it was real. That was the day I realized my visibility didn't have to be loud. It didn't have to be curated. It didn't have to be perfect. It just had to be honest. And that was what soft visibility looks like. Showing up honestly, with humility, with heart. So let's get practical. I want to give you my soft visibility framework. Three steps to help you show up in peace, not pressure. One, presence over performance. When you log in, don't ask, what should I post? Ask what do I want her to feel. If your content makes one woman breathe easier, that's impact. You don't have to impress. You just have to connect. Two, energy awareness. Stop forcing yourself to post when you're drained. Plan your visibility around your energy flow. If Mondays are more chaotic, don't record then. If you feel inspired at night, jot it down. Honor your rhythms, not the algorithm. Three, quiet authority. There's power and subtle consistency. When you show up with peace, people trust you. When you share without pressure, people lean in. Quiet authority is about confidence that doesn't need applause. It's the energy of, I know who I am. And I don't have to prove it. Sis, that's where your power lies. Let's slow it down for a moment. I want you to journal on this tonight. One, what parts of showing up online feel heavy or performative for me? Two. What would it look like to replace that with peace? Three. Where can I start showing up softer this week? And if you need affirmations, say this out loud. I can be visible and gentle. I attract peace, not pressure. My quiet presence carries power. I show up with purpose, not perfection. You're allowed to be powerful and peaceful. God didn't give you your voice to mimic someone else's volume. He gave it to you to speak with grace. Since if this episode resonated with your spirit, take a deep breath and receive this truth. You are enough to be seen as you are. You don't need to become louder. You need to become more you. Soft visibility is your permission to build without burnout, to post without pretending, and to rise without rushing. So here's what I want you to do.
